Each of these 12 postcards features two images of the same fence post taken four years apart, on Leap Day in 2020 and 2024. These posts, situated on the edge of Antelope Island, extending toward Great Salt Lake, have been weathered by natural elements, each breaking down in its own unique way. The reverse of each card includes an erasure poem originating from online sources describing various features of Great Salt Lake and the imminent collapse of this key ecosystem.
